AI-powered image processing project for Lean Production and Kaizen goal control management in a packaging factory. Automatic detection of worker break time overruns, monitoring of restricted zone/area violations, and calculation of productivity losses.

Within the scope of Lean Maturity Assessment Analysis, the enterprise's compliance with lean production principles is measured, process improvement areas are identified, and the continuous improvement (Kaizen) cycle is supported.
