First User Basic Orientation Training
EGEROBOT® We conduct the first user basic orientation of ISG-SIS® software specifically for your industry, on-site at your facility.
Important Note
If on-site training is not requested, training is provided remotely with live camera and screen sharing.

Required Participants
- •Company management (General Manager, Production Manager, etc.)
- •OHS team (Occupational Safety Specialist, Workplace Physician, Environmental Specialist)
- •Blue and white collar personnel representatives and relevant administrative staff (HR, QMS, etc.)
- •Subcontractor and contractor OHS professionals
- •Field operations managers
- •System users and data entry personnel
- •IT or technical support unit managers when necessary
Technical Requirements
- •A meeting room or training hall for the training must be provided.
- •Computers for users must be ready during the training.
- •Uninterrupted internet access must be ensured in the training area.
- •The projection device must be in working condition.
- •Required web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, etc.) must be installed on computers.
- •Excel files and other documents for basic data entry must be ready.
Day 1: Theoretical Training and Definitions
- Training Introduction and Objectives: The purpose and scope of the training process will be explained.
- ISG-SIS User Login and System Ergonomics: System login, navigation between screens and ergonomics features will be explained.
- Company and Personnel Information Definition: Company and personnel definition, authorization level settings, user account creation.
- OHS and Environmental Processes Management in the System: Definition and management of actions, digital tracking of occupational health and safety environmental processes.
- Subcontractor and Supplier Management: Definition and management of subcontractors and supplier companies in the system.
- Data Entry and Definitions: Initial data entries and definitions, example applications.
- Field Inspection Preparation and Meeting Plan: Field inspection and management meeting plan for the next day will be determined.
Lists to be Prepared:
Day 2: Field Inspection and Hands-on Training
- Field Tour and Observation: Professional external observation of on-site facilities and work areas. Detection of site conditions, potential problems and issues together with OHS team members.
- Field Meetings: One-on-one meetings with management and OHS team. Potential actions, projects and digitalization suggestions are discussed. Relevant issues are heard and solution suggestions are developed.
- Hands-on ISG-SIS Usage: Application of data entry, action tracking, risk assessment and other OHS processes through the system on-site.
- Action Planning and Project Evaluation: Action planning is done on ISG-SIS® for risks identified on-site or areas that need improvement. Solutions that can contribute to digitalization and OHS processes are discussed.
- Feedback and Evaluation: Feedback is taken from training participants, first impressions and suggestions are evaluated. A brief summary is made regarding on-site findings and next steps are determined.
This training and field tour is specially designed to fully understand the needs of the facility, evaluate digitalization potential and contribute to more effective management of OHS processes.
