a) Data Controller
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data will be processed by EGEROBOT AUTOMATION ENGINEERING PROJECT CONSULTANCY IND. and TRADE. LTD. STI. (“Company”) as the data controller within the scope described below.
b) Purposes for Which Your Personal Data Will Be Processed
Your personal data obtained within the scope of the Contact form from you, our valued online visitors, will be processed by our company, limited to the purposes of responding to your requests and/or complaints, conducting communication activities, managing customer relationship processes, and conducting activities aimed at customer satisfaction.
c) Methods and Legal Reasons for Collecting Your Personal Data
Your collected personal data is processed automatically in an electronic environment based on the legal reason stated in Article 5 of the KVKK, "Processing of data is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person."
d) Categories and Types of Personal Data Subject to Processing
The following personal data will be obtained from you within the scope of the Contact Form;
Identity Information: Name-Surname
Contact Information: Phone Number, Email
e) To Whom and For What Purposes Your Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred
Your personal data specified in article (d) of this information text can be transferred to our business partners, limited to the purposes stated in article (c) and only for the fulfillment of these purposes, in accordance with the personal data processing conditions specified in Article 8 of the KVKK and for the purposes stated above.
f) Duration for Which Your Personal Data Will Be Stored
As a company, we store your personal data in compliance with the KVKK. According to Article 7/f.1 of the KVKK, when the purpose requiring processing is no longer present and/or the statutory periods for us to process your data have expired, your personal data will be deleted and destroyed by us in the first periodic destruction period.
g) Information on Your Rights as a Personal Data Owner Under the KVKK
You can submit your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK, which regulates the rights of the relevant person, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller and using the KVK Application Form at www.egerobot.com.tr
